Corona update 08-05-2020!
For a while we were mainly focused on corona care and urgent care. From now on we also want to resume regular GP care. We do this in a safe and responsible manner. By taking the following measures we want to achieve this:
The general practice will be organized as well as possible according to the rules of the one-and-a-half-meter society.
The practice is regularly cleaned and disinfected during the day.
During consultations at the practice, we protect ourselves (and therefore also you). Protection means that we wear a white coat, glasses, mouth mask and gloves.
The front door of the practice will remain locked, but we are present and available from 8 am to 5 pm. It is necessary to first contact the practice by telephone. There are limited office hours during the day and there are no consultations in the evening.
It is not yet possible to make an online appointment.
You can contact us by telephone for all care questions.
Due to the current way of working, it is possible that you will not see or speak to your regular GP.
Care questions will initially be assessed by the GP. Only if it is really necessary an appointment will be scheduled at the practice.
Our starting point remains to answer care questions remotely where possible. We do so by using email / e-consultation, telephone or video calling. We also work partly from home, which is why we regularly call with an unknown number.
It is pleasant for us if you communicate with us via the 'Uw Zorg Online' app. Via this app you can easily and safely repeat your chronic medication and send e-consultations (including photos) to your doctor. You can also view your medical file via the app as of 1 June.
The care provided by our psychologists, diabetes nurse and elderly nurse continues, but is also mainly provided via email or (video) calls.
How about corona care? The following still applies:
You do not need to contact us for minor or mild complaints that are related to an infection with the coronavirus. But consult reliable websites, as shown at the end of this post.
If you have serious complaints that are related to an infection with the coronavirus, please contact the practice by telephone (do not just drop by!). After a telephone conversation, the GP will assess what the next step is.
Thank you for your understanding!
