General appointment
An appointment for consultation can be made daily by telephone or via the WebApp. Appointment hours are between 8 am and 12 am and between 2 pm and 4 pm. Take into account that an appointment is scheduled for 15 minutes. In case of an emergency, always contact the practice by phone.
Evening appointment
Consultation on appointment is also possible on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Minor Surgery
Minor surgical procedures are performed in the practice. 30 minutes are often scheduled for this.
Diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases and COPD
On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 4 pm nurse practitioner somatics runs a clinic for patients with diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases and COPD. She also helps patients who want to stop smoking.
Mental healthcare
On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays consultation will be held with our POH-GGZ (Nurse practitioner mental healthcare). They give psychological support and help people who have temporary distress. You can make an appointment after having been referred by the GP.
Home visits
For those of you who are too ill to come to the practice, we offer the possibility of one of our GPs to visit you at home. Such an appointment is preferably made a day in advance or as early as possible on the day itself (before 10 am). We will always be available to visit you in case of an emergency.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday consultation will be held with Doctor Huub van den Hombergh.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday consultation will be held with Doctor Johannes de Boer.
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday consultation will be held with Doctor Mattanja Dirks.
Monday, Tuesday, Friday consultation will be held with Doctor Barbara Swarthout - ten Kate.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday consultation will be held with Doctor Elmy van den Hoven.
Wednesday consultation will be held with Doctor Rosa Voskens.
